At The Dooley Corporation, our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavior intervention services to children from 4-11 Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), our RBTs work directly with individuals to implement customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that promotes positive behavior change and skill development. What Our RBTs Do Our trained and certified Registered Behavior Technicians provide: ✅ One-on-One ABA Therapy– Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans to address social, communication, academic, and adaptive skills. ✅ Behavior Reduction Strategies – Supporting individuals in reducing challenging behaviors through reinforcement-based techniques. ✅ Skill Development – Teaching essential life skills, including daily living, emotional regulation, and social interactions. ✅ Data Collection & Progress Monitoring – Recording behavioral data to assess progress and inform adjustments to treatment plans. ✅ Family & Caregiver Support – Providing guidance and training to families to reinforce therapy goals at home and in the community.
